Do you want to train from the comfort of your home? Then you can follow our Fit@home program and join your favorite classes from your living room. We offer LIVE classes and a selection of the best VIDEOS from previous classes.


The Fit@Home programme consists of several lessons per week; a mix of live lessons and recorded videos. You can follow the programme on our YouTube channel. The current schedule looks as follows:

  • Monday – Cardio Core 18.00
  • Tuesday – Pilates 18.00
  • Wednesday – HIIT + Core 18.00
  • Thursday – Power Yoga 18.00
  • Friday – BBB 18.00
  • Saturday – Strength 12.00


You can register for the online Fit@Home program via our website.

  • Look in the booking system under reservations and go to 'Fit@Home Lessons'. Book the lessons you want to attend.
  • You will get a link 15 minutes prior the class begins.
  • For the lessons that are not LIVE you also need to register. You can subscribe to the class and follow it on the best time that suits you. You choose when to train!
