The Fit@Home program starts again on Monday the 20th of September. We will have 4 lessons per week, from which 2 are going to be LIVE lessons and another 2 recorded videos. The program can be followed via our YouTube channel and is as follows:
- Monday 9.00 Pilates (VIDEO)
- Tuesday 19.00 Yoga with Arash (LIVE)
- Wednesday 9.00 HIIT + CORE (VIDEO)
- Thursday 9.15 BBB with Veronica (LIVE)
You can register for the online Fit@Home program via our website.
- Look in the booking system under reservations and go to 'Fit@Home Lessons'. Book the lessons you want to attend.
- You will get a link 15 minutes prior the class begins.
- For the lessons that are not LIVE you also need to register. You can subscribe to the class and follow it on the best time that suits you. You choose when to train!
