You will have a fun and intensive class of 30 minutes with an instructor. The High Intensity Interval Training is a method that has relatively short bouts of intense activity and active rest. It's the perfect class in the morning to start your day active and full of energy.

During the free swimming hours you are free to use the swimming pool after you made a reservation. There is the option to swim laps or you can do your own exercise. For safety issues, the open swimming hours are only open to people that can also swim in the deep end.

Power Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of movement, in which you develop balance, coordination, power and flexibility. Each muscle will be trained and shaped. It is effective, challenging and active. You can practice Power Yoga within your own physical capabilities. Power Yoga brings inner strength, focus and stability, which helps you deal with stress and tension better.

BBB
BBB is the no. 1 lesson to fine tune your body. However, the BBB lesson is not only set up to make you look good in a bathing suit or swimming trunks, but is also a way to make your belly, bottom and legs more powerful. In a group lesson of an hour, under the guidance of a fitness instructor, you will do exercises to refine the shape of your legs, hips, butt and belly. Everyone is welcome; all types of athletes!

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. In this class you mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs.

Circuittraining
Circuit training is a physical fitness training program designed for cardiovascular endurance on a low intensity. Although each class is different, a typical class may consist of walking/running to warm up, followed by an obstacle course run, followed by dumbbell exercises and mat exercises to train arm/back/abdominal muscles and finally cool down and stretching. Participants of all ages and levels are welcome!

Modern Dance
In this course we combine technique with various exercises and choreography. You also get acquainted with floor work! Wear comfortable clothing, with long leggings or pants. We are dancing on bare feet, socks or so called "feet socks". Come and enjoy the expressive and versatile dance form.

During this part you’re going to do a mix of cardio, strength and explosive exercises. To finish the class we do a cooling down to improve the recovery.

The name Zumba has Spanish-Colombian roots, where it means 'fast moving and having fun', and that is exactly what the sport is all about. You can dance with great passion to the sounds of Latin-American Music, with a flavor of hip-hop. You will be doing fitness exercises, but with a twist of Salsa, Mambo and Meringue. Since it looks more like a dance lesson, it is a 'work-out in disguise' and therefore a fun way to improve your rhythm and stamina.

Stretch Class
Stretch class focuses on total-body flexibility and alignment. This class includes a dynamic warmup, individual and assisted stretches, and a quiet cool-down. We target areas that are most affected by seated desk-work and computer use. In addition, you will learn various, safe stretching methods and techniques to continue your flexibility training outside the gym. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome!

BBB is the no. 1 lesson to fine tune your body. However, the BBB lesson is not only set up to make you look good in a bathing suit or swimming trunks, but is also a way to make your belly, bottom and legs more powerful. In a group lesson of an hour, under the guidance of a fitness instructor, you will do exercises to refine the shape of your legs, hips, butt and belly. Everyone is welcome; all types of athletes!

Open Swimming
During the free swimming hours you are free to use the swimming pool after you made a reservation. There is the option to swim laps or you can do your own exercise. For safety issues, the open swimming hours are only open to people that can also swim in the deep end.

- Afterwards showering and changing in the changing rooms is possible.

Urban Cross Training Hour
Urban Cross Training is an advanced outdoor crossfit-style group class. During this class you will improve your endurance, strength, strength endurance and your technique of complex exercises. The class will start with a good warming-up to prepare you for the workout. The class will go on with a skill- or technique-training. You will get advice and exercises to improve, for example, your squat or clean. After that you’re going to do the ‘Workout Of the Day’ (WOD). During this part you’re going to do a mix of cardio, strength and explosive exercises. To finish the class we do a cooling down to improve the recovery.
