Opening hours
The opening hours of the Sports Cafe are:
- Monday till Friday: 09:00 – 24:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 21:00 (sometimes other opening hours depending on match schedule)
- Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00 (sometimes other opening hours depending on match schedule)
The SSC sports cafe is the place where sports card holders gather for food and drinks. During the indoor football competition the teams lunch together and in the evening you can drink a beer or a soda after practice. You can come to the sports cafe for a healthy lunch, a good snack or a full meal. Of course the prices are student friendly. Important sport events will be showed on big screen, like WC- EC, Europa League and Champions League. But also Grand Slam Tennis, important cycling races and much more. In the sports cafe we have sports channels such as Ziggo Sport and Fox Sports.
The SSC is an environment where healthy eating is easy, because it contributes to the healthy lifestyle of our sports card holders and visitors. We find a healthy food offer and a healthy look important for our sports centre. That's why we work according to the Healthy Canteens Guidelines drawn up by Voedingscentrum. We make the healthy choice the easy choice. The SCC works structurally to create a healthier canteen. We do this by, among other things, carrying out an annual canteen scan and sharing the results with the management/board.
