Want to start your Gym journey but don't know where to begin? Then take our new Gym Basics class! Every Monday and Tuesday from 13h00 - 14h00 and Thursday from 13h30 - 14h30.

Whether you have experience or not, you can always start your Gym journey. If you don't have much experience then our new Gym Basics class is just right for you! During this class you will learn with a small group how to safely and effectively use the equipment in the Gym, how to train with free weights, which exercises you can do for which muscle groups and you will learn our house rules. So the class consists of a mix of information & practical exercises so that afterwards you can work safely and independently in the Gym.
